Legal Notice on Ownership of Rights

I. Exclusive ownership of intellectual property rights

Peter George Colliard López, Eng. is the sole, legitimate, and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights related to the Earth Wall System (also known commercially as the Faber Structor System).

This ownership is duly accredited through current registrations before:

  • Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI)
  • National Institute of Copyright (INDAUTOR)

Additionally, Eng. Colliard holds industrial secrets protected under the Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property, which include specialized technical knowledge, methodologies, and processes.

II. Absence of relationship with third parties

IMPORTANT:

Peter George Colliard López, Eng. and his construction company DO NOT maintain any commercial, contractual, associative, labor, or any other type of relationship with:
  • Jorge Cardona López Duplán, Eng.
  • Companies controlled, managed by, or linked to Jorge Cardona López Duplán, Eng.
  • Any person or entity acting on behalf of the aforementioned.

Any representation to the contrary is false and lacks legal basis.

III. Authorized use of the system

The legitimate use of the Earth Wall System / Faber Structor System requires express written authorization from Peter George Colliard López, Eng. or his duly accredited legal representative.

Authorized use includes:

  • Construction contracts signed directly with Eng. Colliard or his company.
  • Licenses for use expressly granted in writing.
  • Projects executed under authorized technical supervision.

The following constitutes UNAUTHORIZED use:

  • Any application of the system without a valid contract or license.
  • Use by third parties claiming to have authorization without valid documentation.
  • Replication, imitation, or use of system elements without express consent.
IV. Legal protection and consequences of UNAUTHORIZED use

The intellectual property rights of Eng. Colliard are protected by:

  • Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property.
  • Federal Copyright Law.
  • Federal Penal Code (crimes regarding intellectual property).
  • International treaties (TRIPS, USMCA).

UNAUTHORIZED use constitutes:

a. Administrative infractions punishable by:

  • Fines of up to 20,000 times the Unit of Measure and Update (UMA).
  • Temporary or permanent closure.
  • Administrative arrest for up to 36 hours.

b. Civil liability implying:

  • Indemnification for damages and prejudices.
  • Payment of unpaid royalties.
  • Recovery of lost profits.

c. Criminal offenses punishable by:

  • Imprisonment from 2 to 10 years.
  • Additional economic fines.
V. Ongoing legal actions

Peter George Colliard López, Eng. has formally issued Cease and Desist letters to third parties who have improperly used the Earth Wall System without authorization.

Legal actions have been initiated and will continue to be brought against those who:

  • Use the system without express authorization.
  • Falsely hold themselves out as authorized representatives or licensees.
  • Disclose, reproduce, or exploit industrial secrets.
  • Induce third parties to improperly use the technology.

If you have a contract or project involving the Earth Wall System:

Verify that it has been signed directly with Peter George Colliard López, Eng. or with documented authorization from his legal representative. In case of doubt, contact us immediately.

VI. How to verify the legitimacy of a project

To confirm that a project or contract is legitimate and has valid authorization:

  • Contact directly Peter George Colliard López, Eng. or his legal representative.
  • Request documentation proving the authorized use of the system.
  • Verify the authenticity of contracts and licenses.
  • Inquire if there are any restrictions or limitations on the intended use.

DO NOT rely solely on:

  • Verbal representations from third parties.
  • Documents that do not come directly from the owner.
  • Claims of having "authorization" without supporting documentation.
