The placement of structural reinforcement and backfill material follows a repetitive layered pattern, similar to traditional earthwork compaction processes.

FOur system allows for continuous, orderly, and easily controllable execution during wall construction. When a concrete panel finish is used, a light crane is required for panel assembly. In the case of a metallic finish, no concrete or lifting equipment is used, optimizing time and resources on site.

A well-designed structural system must be as efficient as it is simple to construct.

Structural principles of the SMFS® System

The Faber Structor® Wall System is based on the principle of main reinforcement friction and the passive resistance of secondary reinforcement through bidirectional mesh, generating a stable and predictable interaction with the backfill material.

Reliable and permanent soil-reinforcement interaction

The bond between the reinforcement mesh and the backfill material forms a completely stable composite structure, capable of responding efficiently to static and dynamic loads under various project conditions.
